In an announcement, the agency said it can be alarmed about the significant quantity of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The goal of your Integrated Registration Outreach Programme website [ICROP] is to reach-out to your superior range of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can be as a result of lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no totally functional office committed to service the area daily. The company stage designed for intervention activities a significant inflow of opportunity beneficiaries, that makes it complicated with the Workplace to attend to all people who stop by a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more resources to enable the servicing of all customers and improve access to Social Assistance companies,” the agency said.
